Introduction: A characterful and sympathetically restored large property accommodating 12, overlooking a magnificent stretch of the River Ebro which is superbly appointed to offer everything the discerning clientele needs to enjoy a relaxing and memorable stay in this region of rural Catalonia. It enjoys a number of unique features, being furnished in traditional Catalan style.
Full Description: This unique property offers a rare opportunity to experience 5 star luxury holiday rental accommodation and one of the most spectacular views over the River Ebro. Nestled in the historic village of Miravet, the Casa Gran and the Casa Petita have undergone full restoration resulting in a perfect balance between the contemporary and the traditional.
All of the furnishings and fittings have been carefully selected to reflect the history of the house and region whilst offering a truly warm and hospitable environment in which to relax and unwind. The house enjoys air conditioning for those hot Summer months and heating for the cooler periods of the year, making this an ideal choice year round and a perfect base for all this delightful region has to offer.
Just in front of La Casa Gran is the simple but beautiful 12th century medieval jetty which belongs to the property. The garden is landscaped in a contemporary mediterranean style and offers extensive seating and dining opportunities whilst enjoying arguably the finest position in the village – one feels almost ’suspended’ over the river when sat watching the sun dipping below the horizon bringing the curtain down on another memorable day.
It also enjoys a fantastic view of the templar castle to the right of the property.
